The Skyline Process
-
No. We never charge nannies or household employees placement fees to be considered for positions through our agency. Our placement fees are paid entirely by the hiring family. Our goal is to help connect experienced caregivers with families that value professional in-home childcare and long-term working relationships.
-
Yes. We only work with families who are willing to pay legally and on the books. Nannies placed through The Skyline Nanny Co. are employees of the family they work for, not employees of Skyline. The family is responsible for payroll, taxes, and legal household employment practices. We strongly advocate for professional nanny industry standards and believe caregivers deserve legal pay, fair treatment, and clear employment expectations.

Yes. We help families and nannies establish clear expectations through an employment agreement before the position begins. While every family and role is different, we strongly believe that clear communication surrounding pay, schedule, responsibilities, PTO, sick time, guaranteed hours, travel expectations, and household duties helps create healthier and more successful long-term placements.
