Nanny Candidate Requirements
21+ years of age
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
3+ years of childcare experience
Valid driver’s license
2+ childcare references
CPR certified or willing to become certified
Open to and able to pass a background check
Family Requirements
Legal/on-the-books pay required
Guaranteed hours required
$25+/hr minimum for one child
2 weeks PTO (nanny’s choice)
Illinois sick pay compliance required
IRS mileage reimbursement required
Skyline Nanny Co. employment contract required
